When an application arrives, Career Portal reads the résumé and form answers and assesses the candidate against the role — experience, education, salary expectation, location vs the branch, job-hopping and more. You get a fit score (0–100), a status (Strong fit / Consider / Not a fit) and a plain-English justification. Scores are a recommendation to help you prioritize — you can tune the parameters, override any result, and it’s never used to auto-reject. Each plan includes a monthly assessment allowance, with extra credits available as an add-on.
They lock your portal to approved computers. Even if someone knows a password, they can’t log in from an unregistered device — protecting your candidate data. It’s included on Advanced and Enterprise, and available as an add-on on lower plans.
Yes. Professional adds your logo and colors to application forms; Advanced and Enterprise also brand the login portal and run everything on your own custom domain. Branding can be added to lower tiers with the “Your Brand” pack.
